What we collect from clients

The client intake form intentionally collects no name, email, phone number, or identifying information. It only collects your responses to the matching questions.

How long we keep it

Your anonymous submission is stored temporarily so we can compute your practitioner matches. It is automatically deleted within 90 days by a scheduled job.

Who can see it

Your responses are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you.

Authorised Unlock Your Mind staff can view the anonymous intake data stored in our secure database for the sole purpose of running the matching process.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or session-replay tools on the intake or results pages.

Practitioner data

Practitioners create accounts and provide their name, professional details, and practice information. This information is used to generate accurate matches and is fully disclosed to practitioners during onboarding.

Validation surveys

Practitioners may share a unique link with their existing clients to anonymously validate their stated approach. These responses are anonymous, never shown raw to anyone, and only used to generate aggregated scores.

Not a crisis service

Unlock Your Mind is not a crisis service or therapy provider. If you need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services.
